Terms of service

Agreement

These terms are between you and Paragon Business Solutions and Consultancy Services Limited ("we", "us"). By using GetRekommended you accept them. If you do not, do not use the service.

What the service does

GetRekommended reads publicly available information about a business, asks AI assistants the kinds of questions that business's customers would ask, and produces a readiness score and a plan of specific changes. On a paid subscription, it makes the changes it has access to, tells you what it could not do, and checks again on a schedule.

What we do not promise

This matters more than anything else here, so it is not buried.

• We cannot guarantee that any AI assistant will mention, recommend or rank your business. No one can. Assistants change their answers, their models and their sources without notice, and the same question can produce different answers on the same day.
• The readiness score is our own measure of how complete and consistent your business information is. It is not a probability, not an endorsement, and not a number any assistant uses.
• A projected score is what our plan would reach if every item were completed. It describes our own measure, not an outcome in the world.
• Points, timings and priorities are estimates.

What we will not do, at any price

• Write, buy, solicit under false pretences, or fabricate a review.
• Create a mention, a citation or a directory entry that misrepresents your business.
• Offer anyone a reward in exchange for a positive rating. Where we help you ask for reviews, we reward asking and never the content of the answer.
• Publish a claim about your business we cannot trace to something you already say. Our drafting rearranges your own words; it does not invent qualifications, guarantees, awards or figures.

These are not negotiable. They exist because the alternative gets a business penalised by the platforms it depends on, and because the product is worth nothing if what it publishes is not true.

Your side

You confirm that you own the business you submit, or are authorised to manage its online presence. Do not use GetRekommended to check or change a business you have no right to act for.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, and for keeping your sign-in link and your account secure.

Changes we make for you

• We make only the changes you approve. Paying is not approval. Granting access is not approval. You see the specific change before it is made.
• If a proposed change alters materially after you approved it, we ask again rather than publishing under the old approval.
• After making a change we check whether it is live and tell you what we found — including when we could not tell.
• Some work cannot be done by us and we say so plainly. Reviews and independent coverage have to be earned; we prepare the request and the mechanism, and you send it.
• You can revoke our access at any time. Changes already published to your own listing or site remain yours to keep or undo.

Payment

• The subscription price is the one shown on the site and at checkout when you subscribe. It does not change for as long as you stay subscribed.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If the service does not do what this page says it does, write to us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full. A refund ends access immediately.
• After 14 days we will still read anything you send us, and our payment provider may issue a refund at its own discretion. We simply do not promise one.
• Changes already published to your own listing or website are yours to keep. A refund does not remove them, and you can undo any of them yourself at any time.
• Payment is handled by our provider, who is the seller of record, under their own terms.

Fair use

Each check costs us real money in third-party services, so there are daily limits. Do not attempt to automate the service, resell it, or work around those limits. We may suspend an account that does, and will say why.

Availability

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. Third-party services we rely on can fail or change, and when they do, parts of a report may be unavailable. A report will say when something could not be assessed rather than presenting a gap as a finding.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business, including any consequence of an AI assistant mentioning or not mentioning you.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We may end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why. Your reports stay readable at their links afterwards, and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you if you ask.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and its courts have jurisdiction.
